Loris takes great pride in his listing. This is a very modern very clean and well appointed apartment. We were welcomed with a bottle of good Sicilian wine and we were greeted each morning by Loris with a text asking how we were and how we slept. It’s hard to beat this sort of hospitality.

Esperienza più che positiva. L’alloggio di Alessandro é ampio, spazioso, in una zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio. L’appartamento é dotato di ogni confort il che aiuta a soggiornare anche per periodi piuttosto lunghi. Consiglio!

Ivana was a great host, very flexible and and the location is amazing, a very clean and spacious house with all you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I return to Palermo.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check Out einfach ein Traum! Silvia meldet sich proaktiv und es absolut unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten reagiert sie gefühlt innerhalb von Sekunden. Auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck früher abzustellen bzw nach dem Check Out noch zu verwahren ist möglich! Die Wohnung ist der absolute Traum - makellos, stylish und entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Ein Ort, wo man sich sofort zuhause fühlt! Optimale Lage, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar - der Bus zum Flughafen und auch der Bus zum Strand (Mondello) ist um die Ecke! Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 6 ****** vergeben; die sind mehr als verdient! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - ich komme wieder :)

Un hôte très accueillant et flexible pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Vincenzo était présent à notre arrivée, il nous a donné de multiples renseignements sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants ! Petite note supplémentaire pour le Fava's où nous avons déjeuné à plusieurs reprises, un véritable délice de pâtisserie 😜 Vincenzo s'est montré très prévenant avec nous. Petit message au milieu de notre séjour pour savoir si nous allions bien !! Une belle attention fort sympathique. Mille grazie Vincenzo ! Die Wohnung von Maria ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, geprägt von ihrer Persönlichkeit! Einfach nur wunderbar. Maria betreute uns von der Ferne ausgesprochen gut. Man kommt mit Bahn und Bus sehr schnell und einfach in das Zentrum. Es geht alles nicht besser! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

l’appartamento è veramente bellissimo, ristrutturato, rifinito nei minimi dettagli, spaziosissimo e climatizzato. la zona è tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. la pulizia impeccabile, e l’host sempre disponibile. ci tornerei volentieri; se visitate Palermo, vi consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili; non ve ne pentirete!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Beautiful townhouse, spacious and comfortable! Walking distance from all the main tourist sites and great restaurants. Very easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful, family-friendly home in Palermo. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. What made it truly special was the large private garden, a safe and fun space where our children could play freely. The atmosphere was peaceful and positive. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo!

An absolutely stunning apartment, very spacious, everything was clean and spotless with good amenities! The hosts were amazing and helped us whenever needed and answered questions in a quick manner! This place was an amazing stay. The host undersells the beauty of the apartment. The ceilings alone are worth the stay. They also had an extensive CD collection to enhance the experience. The spot is easy to get to from the train station, about a 20-minute walk. The bathroom was magnificent, with a tub and a shower. There were a lot of activities to do that are very walkable, and the location of the apartment is in a lively area. I recommend that if you are staying in Palermo, stay with Gabriele.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
