The grade II listed farm dates back to 1700 and offers an authentic, cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful location grounding in nature above the sleepy village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth on the edge of the Peak District.

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!
