We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Charming Cottage near Dolores Park

Tugged away from the street the cottage (built in 1870) will welcome you with yasmin and lemons and roses. It is not your usual Victorian but has an open floor plan with windows on all sides. You step into a light living room with kitchen and dining area. Bedroom, study and bathroom are all on the same level. To get to the roof deck you walk up a few more steps to a loft area and from there step out to the deck with stunning views of the city.

Lotus Studio - Secluded Mission Getaway

This newly constructed guest suite is ideally located in the heart of the Mission District. Ideal for walking to local attractions and also well served by public transit. The space is well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water dispenser etc. The queen bed is comfortable and can be folded away during the day to more room. The whirlpool tub is heated and ideal for relaxation.
