Building has a Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full bath with tub and shower, plus separate 1/2 bath. There is private off street parking. We charge NO additional cleaning fee.

It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is an upstairs room that features the most comfortable queen bed and adjustable base.. The room also has a reclining love seat and recliner to watch tv. You have your own clean private bath and shower. We have an air mattress for kids. It is very private.
