The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.
