Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own door, deck, travertine shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and small built-in robe. Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 10% discount for 7 nights or more. Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

We live adjacent with children & use the same driveway but will respect your privacy. Weekend traffic can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km/20 minutes from Brisbane City. No laundry amenities.

Our modern house was designed + purpose built with a completely separate, self-contained 1 Bedroom ‘apartment’ (it’s more like a 1-bedroom house). The previous owners built the property to have their Mum stay in the self-contained 1 bedroom, giving them separation while still next door. Since we have bought it, we have now set it up for guests to enjoy. It has absolutely everything you’ll need to be right at home…
