Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

Dogs welcome but please let us know and pay the fee. 2 comfy Queen mattresses, towels and linens provided, hi speed internet, smart TV’s, and Bluetooth soundbar. Whip up a gourmet meal in the small but well-appointed kitchen. Three dining areas offer options for dinner -- or a remote office, thanks to wifi. Sample nearby hiking, yoga, and farmers' market. We're a little rustic (no TV, AC, microwave, laundry or dishwasher) and a lot stylish!

Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Convenient location- great combination of privacy (forest-like area) and quick access to fun places: 5-10 minutes drive from Wisp Ski Resort, Deep Creek lake, boat rentals, scenic hikes, restaurants, bars, amusement parks and grocery stores.

Tree House

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.
