Tom was so incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband brought his kayak, and Tom helped him get it down to the water. That kind of hospitality was unexpected but so appreciated. The house was perfectly sized and furnished for our needs. The view was amazing, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful week.

My family of 12 adults and a baby all met (from Ohio, NC, SC) at Darcy's to celebrate Christmas 2024 and a baby shower! Darcy's place is spacious, has plenty of seating for family time and family meals. Also a well stocked kitchen for all our festivities! The game room was great for a ping-pong tourny and the fire pit/patio provided a great space for camper pie making! We loved spending part of a day on her boat on beautiful Lake Norman! Darcy and her property manager are VERY quick to respond and couldn't be nicer! What are you waiting for? Book this home now! You won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed staying at this BnB in Troutman. Love how it sits nearly at the end of a dead end road, so quite private. It was also very quiet and peaceful, similar to being out in the countryside. My kids loved the pond with the dock even though we didn’t catch any fish.

The pictures of this home does not do justice to what you actually receive. This home is absolutely beautiful, with SO MUCH ROOM. The extra living room was extra helpful with the kids. There was a lot of yard space and the pool was perfect. Easy lake access. Will definitely be renting this again. William was absolutely amazing and answered any questions we had!

We have stayed at this house twice and would come back again. Neighborhood is quiet and Heather is extremely responsive and helpful.

This was the second time we’ve have stayed at Mary and Michael’s house and it was the ideal location for our family to stay for HPU graduation. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Jamestown, High Point, and Greensboro. The house has been very clean both stays. The spacious layout with both a family and living room allows part of the family to enjoy TV, puzzles, or games while the rest can read quietly in the other room. The kitchen and coffee bar is well appointed, and I love that they have a separate tea kettle. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of space in closets and dressers. That is just the indoors — there’s a nice sized backyard complete with a table and grill. My favorite place was the rockers on the front porch. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful in the extras they provide such as snacks and toiletries.

We rented this home for our family of 8 to attend our daughter's college graduation. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything guests could need for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to spend time outdoors in the private backyard. The location is near a variety of restaurants and stores which was super convenient. Everyone found the beds to be surprisingly comfortable with clean, cozy linens. Liz was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect rental home for our family to enjoy quality time together and celebrate our new graduate! I highly recommend renting this home when staying in the High Point area!

I would recommend this spot for family gatherings or smaller to medium sized groups. Perfect location for activities on the water. Has a very private feeling but are still very close to all the stores you need. Hosts are friendly, communicative, and they have an awesome book that goes over everything in the house.

This place was perfect! The neighbors were very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when we are back in the area. Everything was so peaceful, and not that bad of a drive to get to the bait store or dollar general is literally down the road.
