Alles was Du für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchst, ist hier zu finden und der unverbaute Blick in den Garten kann vom Sofa aus genossen werden. Die Stadt, das CentrO. und der nahe gelegene riesige Ruhrpark laden zu einem Spaziergang ein. Vor allem ist die Wohnung aber absolut ruhig, privat und uneinsehbar gelegen. Beachte, wir haben keinen Aufzug.

Desde aquí se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad, a Messe Essen y a la clínica en sólo unos minutos (en coche). El apartamento ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con un amplio comedor con vistas al soleado balcón. El cómodo salón-dormitorio tiene Smart-TV, WLAN y tu propia cuenta de Netflix + Amazon Prime! También estamos encantados de proporcionarle una cuna y una silla alta. :)

Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.
