Welcome to The Cabin, our little log cabin at the beach in the Outer Banks. We stumbled on to the cabin and fell in love! Over the course of a year we lived in & renovated this wonderful home. It was our hope to create a space that feels warm, inviting & unique. The final result was a space that we loved sharing with friends and family, and now we are thrilled to be able to share it with our guests. Atlantic Winds Cottage (1968), an original Nags Head bungalow, is recently remodeled! The cottage is on a private street with only two other cottages. (See Second Wind and Cackalacky Dreamin' to rent together.) Beach access is just 100 yards away, down a secret path just steps from the cottage! Step out on the front porch to chill, read a book or chat with family and friends. The back deck includes adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a park grill for grilling.

We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove, which is within walking distance to the beach, sound, and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
