Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. An ideally located 30sqm studio with a unique romantic sunset view, less than 1 km away from the main town of Parikia. A spacious veranda with a marble dining table, a comfy bedroom with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio is only 10 minutes walk from the old market street, and a few minutes drive from the famous beaches of Paroikia.

Krios Luxury Suites is located in Krios Beach. The Silver house it’s the first that we created, out of the three houses in the complex! It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).

House Phos is a property located in the heart of Naousa, the most cosmopolitan village of the island, with parking space. This house offers a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one of them may become living room) with six twins beds (or three double) , as well as two bathrooms, may accommodate 6 people.
