This private apartment is on the 3rd floor & is full of big bright art. The quiet bedroom overlooks the backyard. The living & dining room area has three big windows with lots of bird life to enjoy. There is a small (very Brooklyn) kitchen and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. We live in the unit, but offer complete privacy. Please reach out with any questions regarding our space and the super cool Fort Greene neighborhood. Fort Greene is lovely. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.
