Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

14 mins north of Princeton, this 450 sq’ studio apartment has room for four. With its own entrance and dedicated laundry, interaction with hosts only occurs outside. It has a King bed, full kitchen, bathroom, couch and a 65” tv. The little bedroom immediately next door is perfect for one or two kids, and has a queen bed, dresser and closet. Cook for yourself in our fully stocked kitchenette, or take a quick trip to town to the many local restaurants. Relax outside around our firepit, or borrow from our stock of lawn games. Large Studio with Private Yard - World Cup 2026

Driving distance to Philadelphia & New York World Cup 2026 sites! Come enjoy a stay in our second floor garage apartment on a small farmette. Easily accessible from 295 and the NJ Turnpike, but a quiet respite from the surrounding suburbs. The unit has a private entrance, a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, tea kettle and microwave. Feel free to spend time with the resident goats and chickens.
