Located minutes from renowned Cavendish Beach National Park. You can enjoy miles of white gold sand, scenic golf courses, deep-sea fishing, hiking trails and world famous lobster suppers. At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds, front porch and private rear deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (booked for private experience for $25) . 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Mountainview Safari Tent - Gros Morne Glamping

Experience Newfoundland in a way few people have before! This unique yet modern style of camping takes you inside a rugged canvas safari tent and is also a wheelchair accessible site! One double bed with a comfy pillowtop mattress is the perfect way to end your day. Linens, towels, tabletop bbq, outdoor firepit, picnic table, cooking supplies, dishes, utensils and a cooler for food. All you need is food, clothes & personal toiletries. There is room for an air mattress if needed.

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Emperor bell tent

All our Emperor Bell Tents are raised off the ground on timber stands. Each tent has a double Mexican pine bed as standard, matching furnishings, semi-orthopedic mattress, bean bags, bed linen, and towels. Additional fold out beds with bed linen can be included on request. At night the tents are lit up inside by our tea light candle chandeliers and Moroccan lanterns, and outside by solar lights. Accommodates between 2 to 5 persons.
