Tea coffee supplies are available as complimentary. Water bottle & snack basket is their WiFi is available and you can enjoy Netflix YouTube. There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. DoorDash and Uber eats deliver the food easily.

Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Loft above garage in our backyard. Beautiful views of the canal behind our house and a quick 10 minute drive away from Jones Beach by car. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine.
