這是我在Airbnb 住過最令人印象深刻的住房了，首先是優美的環境跟打掃乾淨的衛生條件非常令人感到安心，整體的感覺就彷彿住進了夢寐以求的家一樣，再來是有品味的家具跟家電簡直是傢俱搭配的教科書般級別的配置，最後是在住房裡面的所有回憶都是美好的，在這裡的數日是我最美好的回憶，也很感謝房東的回覆迅速跟親切的回應，非常感謝各種協助，捨不得離開到壓底線才離開對房東情侶真有點不好意思，非常令人感到感到並且溫暖跟舒服的住房體驗，再回去Kingston會首先考慮這房源，非常非常推薦這裏，推薦各位一定要體驗看看這，一定可以令入住的你們印象深刻

We truly enjoyed our stay. The accomodation is very clean and great for families. We also loved the outdoor bath and fire pit . The Airbnb was bigger than expected.

Fantastic place to stay, close to Hobart and a walk to local shops. Loved the direct beach access and walking track to morning coffee place. Great value for money and of course the views......

My first visit to Hobart, and I’m glad I chose Brian’s accommodation. Besides being in a great location, easy to get anywhere, the place is amazing clean with a lot of facilities giving you the comfort of a home. Brian is a great host, very flexible and accommodating and tries everything he can to make your stay an amazing one! Looking forward to visiting again.

Positioned well in a northern Hobart suburb close to everything. Quiet, cosy and a very private residence with no neighbours looking into property. Off street parking was a bonus. Gas central heating was instant and made the residence very cosy and warm. Recommended if you want a very nice residence close to city, supermarkets etc.

Fabulous! Just like holidays when I was a kid - so nostalgic! Loved the 50s colours & decor & the thoughtful touches like hot choc & marshmallows, which were most appreciated after a long drive. Plenty of cookware and crockery, a lovely hot shower, comfy lounges and beds. Great range of DVDs to suit all tastes. and so many beautiful places to visit around the peninsular. Best of all - that beautiful beach through the back gate!! Really appreciate that you allow pets & have fully fenced yard. My little dogs had a fantastic time frolicking on the beach as did I. We definitely want to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dean and Moya ‘s home ! Thanks for the wine and hospitality. The view was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely return.

The accommodation was perfectly situated for our stay, being within easy walking distance of the city center and its many excellent restaurants. It was nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen too - good for us to make our meals with the fresh local produce. Wendy & Rachel are also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

I had a great stay at Michael’s place, perfect for solo traveler or couple. Has everything you could possibly need, cooking necessities, washer and dryer, really comfy bed and nice big shower. I personally really liked the secure coded front gate and front door, felt very safe and secure. Easy walking distance into CBD and there’s a Woolworths just around the corner. Would stay again!

10/10Perfect Staying Petra&Wayne was the highlight of our stay—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful! The property was spotless, well-equipped, and had a lovely garden, plus stunning harbor views from upstairs. They provided excellent local tips and immediately arranged laundry when needed. Living upstairs, Wayne was attentive yet respectful of our privacy. Her personal farewell made us feel truly valued. More than just a stay, it was a heartwarming experience thanks to them exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

wonderful stay, very cozy home with a house filled with amenities. heater provided can heat the house pretty well during winter season. beds are comfortable. driveway can be quite steep but parking on the roadside gave me no issues at all. overall a good stay.

Dave's place is an easy walk from Salamanca Market, Battery Point & the harbour restaurants. It's clean, spacious & comfortable with easy parking. Dave kindly met us at the apartment to show us the ropes. The only problem was we couldn't get the wifi working.

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. It was well set out, warm, decorated in a stylish manner and had everything you would need. The location was good, equidistant from the CBD and the north Hobart restaurant strip. Melanie was very quick to respond to any question we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we visited Hobart.

The location of this two bedroom unit makes it unbeatable! The beds and bedding were fresh and comfy. Kitchen and bathroom both modern. Whilst the unit itself and furnishing were a little dated, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location meant we were not home much!

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

Fantastic short stay. The lovely cottage was brand new, modernity furnished and everything was cosy, extremely neat and tidy. Easy to walk to main precinct and park out the front. Jacqui was very responsive and we had no dramas at all. Will visit and return for sure!

Spectacular views over Hobart, stunning location. We met both Coralie and Costa who are Friendly, delightful, interesting people. We had everything we needed and more, thank you both for your generous hospitality including the bottle of Pinot Grigio as a welcome. They were responsive to our needs, a cosy pad close to the city. Highly recommended!

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

We had a fantastic stay at Brian's house! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our 5-day visit incredibly comfortable and convenient. What we appreciated most was the well-stocked kitchen — especially the hot pot and cooking equipment, which allowed us to cook and enjoy homemade meals every day. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys cooking and relaxing in a homey environment. Highly recommended! Thank you, Brian!

The house was lovely. Filled with plants, a good welcoming space. Brian was very kind and helpful. My young daughter had an accident and something was broken, Brian was so kind and understanding and looked after the situation so well. I really recommend their place. Thanks again.
