We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
