Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
