Sleep peacefully in this 600 square foot fully furnished guest apartment located off I-70 frontage in Oak Grove on 18 acres with 2 ponds and rolling pasture. A gravel drive leads to the property where you'll have a concrete parking place and a step-free, pavestone walkway to the front door of the apartment. Rest soundly on a queen size Tuft n Needle mattress in a bedroom with room darkening shades and various pillows to satisfy your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 smart TVs.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Enjoy a big comfortable king size bed in this studio style cottage for 2. Come relax or "work away from home." With High Speed Internet, you don't have to worry about slow connection! We're located two blocks from Historic Independence Square and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Kansas City. Only 10 minutes away from the Royals and Chiefs Stadium and 5 minutes from the Truman Library! Important. Please don't book if you want to bring a pet, or plan on smoking in or on the property.

Cozy private cottage/studio

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Newly remodeled in March of 2023. Two bedroom townhouse each with a queen bed with a half bath downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. 2-3 minutes from I-70, Walmart, Home Depot, Texas Roadhouse and many other restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Cheerful 2-bedroom cottage four miles from stadiums with free parking on premises. Family friendly with country feeling close to the city. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Full size kitchen. In ground salt water pool (in season), Hot tub outside. Fire pit, with wood and roasting sticks furnished. Murphy Bed in living room. Lots of outdoor seating on patio with tables. Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.

Two story tiny house bungalow!

Take it easy at this unique little getaway! Top level offers a cozy bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, and laundry. Open main level has kitchen and living area plus 1/2 bath! Relaxing outside area with table and grill! Only one block from downtown Blue Springs where you have Scout Coffee, Brewers Sports Bar, Pizza Shoppe, Bean Counter Cafe and much more!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The cozy space is just under 200 sq ft and features a queen-size bed plus a loft mattress. Guests may enjoy exclusive access to the hot tub (lower level of main house) and a 1-acre pond stocked with catfish, and bluegill.
