Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104.

This unit is part of The Crossings condotel in Ocean City, NJ. It's in a perfect location. 3 block walk to the beach, one block walk to playground, restaurants, and more. You will have access to an inground pool, washer and dryer, parking spot and a large common area with tables and couches for your use. Each unit is individually owned and decorated so I attached pictures of ours. We are happy to share our small and cozy place with other beach lovers.
