All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

Is air-conditioned and in the ground floor in the same building there is a small market with many goods and coffee shop which is also availability for breakfast .
