Perfect to relax. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and around 40-45 minutes from the centre of Athens. Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters. However, if you prefer organised beaches, there are plenty of options. Good place if you want to getaway from the big city life. The house is ecologically built and has a big garden!

The house is located around 20 minutes from the Athens International Airport, and the metro and regional train reach the centre of Athens, Syntagma Square, the Akropolis and Plaka vicinity in 40 minutes. The house has a breathtaking view of the Aegean waves and the islands of Evia Andros, Kea, and Tinos. Many guests say that it resembles the view from a cruise ship. Within walking distance, you can find 2 main beaches and numerous hidden beaches.
