A character-filled self-contained flat on Oriental Parade. An excellent location, comfortable bed, great views. Definitely recommended!

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.

Awesome big house in a convenient and lively central location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and parks. Hosts are helpful and responsive. Only minor downside was parking was a bit difficult, we had to park a few blocks away. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you!

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Susan is a great host, it’s been our third stay at her property and we loved it! She was very flexible in our check-in and waited for us until we arrived from the ferry before midnight! We greatly appreciated it! The place is very clean, spacious and private, too. We would like to come back and certainly can recommend her place!

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

The view makes this a stand out place. Everything looks gorgeous when you first walk in then just as you're wondering where a kettle might be you open the double old fashioned wardrobe and there's an entire kitchenette hiding there. Perfection. The patio heater meant I could do my favourite thing of sitting out of an evening despite autumn weather. I really enjoyed my time in Wellington with this as my base

I had a marvelous stay at the Seaview house of Dreenagh and Kevin. Working in the industrial area it was a 5 minutes drive to work. It was always a great "coming home" in the afternoon. Nice restaurants are near, towards Eastbourne-Days Bay as well as in (the direction of) Petone. Free time: the trails behind the house in the fern woods are perfect for a hike or run. The house is equipped with all the requisites: a full-option kitchen, washing machine, WIFI. I hope to be back at Point Howard during my next stay!

We loved staying at Mike and Catrionas pretty little cottage in Lyall Bay. It was clean, well equipped and the view from the cottage was perfect. Would love to stay again.

Perfect view of Wellington harbor and watching the ships and ferries. Apartment has everything you need-you just have to look for it. Found the washer in the bathroom in a cabinet across from the toilet!!
