The apartment is a bright and quiet two-room apartment a few minutes from the UNESCO area of ​​the lively San Frediano district. Ideal for 2 people, but also for lone travelers or on business trips. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator), it has a fully equipped all the conforts and enjoys a splendid view, with balcony, of the left bank of the Arno in an area full of services, 20 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. For those arriving by car it is possible parking in the area.

The apartment is in Florence’s environmental ZTL, closed to the most polluting vehicles (Euro 0–1 petrol and diesel, older motorcycles/mopeds). The gate is about 200 m away.

Stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and iron. APRIL 2020 UPDATE: Bathroom has been enlarged, pipes reworked (no more bad smell!) and the bed has been fixed for silence and comfort.
