Our large, stream-side, historic 1870’s home features spacious rooms and a lovely garden with a bridge over a private stream. Enjoy coffee & brunch from the cafe next door. A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Military Museum and a few minutes from Tussey Mountain Ski and PSU. Enjoy great wifi and Pa. History at our home. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our ratings in reviews.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Cozy Cottage 2BR - peaceful while convenient

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress.
