We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and stunning natural stone wall. Cap the evening sharing stories under the cool night sky gathered 'round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Little J Cottage

Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

The Schoolhouse Loft

Are you looking for a unique, relaxing space for your getaway? Come stay in our 100 yr. old Schoolhouse! This space was created in the old stairway and has a cool, spacious yet cozy loft vibe. It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Downstairs you will find Revived & Company, our antique and artisan's shop with 50+ local vendors. We are minutes from the hospital ; 35 miles from Penn State University; 20 miles from the Elk County Visitor Center and located in the beautiful PA Wilds!

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Basement suite in Happy Valley! Perfect lodging for Penn State events, business trips, graduations and vacations. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large living room and separate dinette area. Plenty of parking and no-contact private entrance. Home theater, fireplace, mini-fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave, with a lovely private patio next to a waterfall and fishpond. Suite is ideal for 1-4 guests and a queen airbed is available for 2 additional guests. $10 per guest per night beyond 4.

Mt Pleasant Cabin

Mount Pleasant Cabin is located among beautiful woods and farmland. It is off a gravel side road which gives you lots of peace and quiet. A covered bridge nearby and wildlife add to the experience. Tuscarora State Forest and Colonel Denning State Park have nice hiking trails. Blain is the closest town where you will find Fowlers Hollow Park, Kings Bakery, Earth’s Delights, Conoco View Dairy, Blain Market, and Wise Dry Goods. You will not regret booking your next cabin weekend here!

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.
