If you’re looking for a quiet get-away on the water, you will find it here. Our cozy 2 bed/2 bath condo is like a cottage by the sea in a condo setting. Relaxing coastal decor and a beautiful view from the balcony make our home enjoyable inside and out. Enjoy all the amenities of home, sunbathe by the pool, fish from the dock, relax on the balcony, grill out on the lawn. Its all here. Just a short drive from Pensacola NAS, Pensacola Beach and historic Downtown Pensacola. (No pets allowed)

Wake to shimmery sparkles on Bayou Grande at this adorable studio in the historic Navy Point neighborhood. Whether on holiday or in town for a work trip, you'll enjoy peace filled days of comfort. The 2nd floor studio, (called Baby Grande) is approximately 400 sq. feet. It is recently renovated and offers a full kitchen and spacious bath. The property owners live on site in the adjoining home so just "holler" if you need anything! Otherwise we'll give you privacy to enjoy your stay.

This entire studio apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful stay near the Pensacola beach. The studio apartment is very close to the navy point base making this a perfect stay for any military members and their family members. It has a small back patio behind the building that can be used to get some fresh air. It will suit perfect for both long term and short term renters. You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
