For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Equipped with air conditioning, fast connection wifi, smart TV, microwave oven,toaster,4-burner gas stove and electric oven,washing machine, iron. Barbeque on the terrace.

Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

La struttura offre 2 camere da letto con possibilità di accomodare fino a 4 persone, 2 bagni, cucina, salotto e terrazzo dove poter godere della tranquillità del borgo. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
