Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Casa Melograno è un rustico in pietra ristrutturato con cura. Per arrivare alla casa c è una stradina in salita non adatta alle auto ribassate, dove i primi 5 metri sono per autisti esperti. La piscina dispone di terrazza e pergola in legno, sedie a sdraio, e ombrelloni. Completa il tutto un arredamento toscano con pareti in pietra travi in castagno e pavimenti in cotto. Casa Melograno dispone di 2 camere matrimonial1, con una cucina e 2 bagni. Un grande giardino privato completa la proprietà.

Situato a 2km da Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (LU), Podere Le Marie, recentemente ristrutturato e immerso nel verde, si affaccia sulle bellissime Alpi Apuane. Rilassati in questo angolo di paradiso e goditi la piscina privata con panorama mozzafiato. Il Podere le Marie si trova vicino ai borghi più belli della Garfagnana dove potrai gustare la bontà della cucina locale e fare attività di trekking e escursionismo. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.

Alloggio al secondo piano di una villetta offre una vista a 360 gradi della zona. Situato in una località tranquilla. Facilmente raggiungibile in treno in quanto alloggio è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Villetta San Romano. A piedi per chi percorre via Vandelli. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie che vogliono partecipare ad eventi locali come i concerti alla Fortezza di Mont'Alfonso o nelle vicinanze come Lucca Comics & Games.

Appartamento composto da 3 camere da letto ( di cui una con terrazzino) , 2 bagni, 1 tinello con terrazzo e una cucina. La casa è a piano terra con un giardino grande condiviso con i proprietari dove è presente un barbecue ed un gazebo dove pranzare/cenare nelle giornate d’estate. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere in breve tempo i diversi e suggestivi luoghi della Garfagnana.
