The space features a 10 ft' kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, decorative fireplace, 3 bedrooms (with high-end queen-sized beds) and 2.5 baths, with two jetted tubs. You can also enjoy the charming backyard from the backporch, with ample lounge and dining seating. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Old Fourth Ward is an exciting neighborhood home to locals and A-list celebrities. It boasts trendy restaurants and bars, the historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as Martin Luther King's birth home and museum all nearby. There are three Marta stations within 2 miles of the house; one is 1.2 miles. UBER is extremely convenient and always available within a few minutes, so I don't ever bother with taxis. Uber is also about half the price to the airport as taxis. There is also a bike rental shop 1 block away on the Beltline, where you can walk or bike to Piedmont Park, Midtown and Inman Park. Definitely check out the "Beltline"; it's a hugely popular paved biking and walking trail just 1 block from the house that takes you through great neighborhoods and ends at Atlanta's largest park (Piedmont Park). Locals go there to see and be seen, bar hop, and exercise.
