We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Siamo stati molto bene in mezzo alla natura, tranquillità, aria pulita e con una vista splendida. Eleonora è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, accoglienza molto calorosa.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Un sogno che diventa realtà, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia dove regna pace ,tranquillità e semplicità. Borgo di Quota a 10 minuti dal paese Poppi percorrendo una strada di tornanti ben mantenuta accessibile a tutti,tra l'altro nel paese di Poppi puoi trovare tutti i servizi possibili. Una menzione particolare alla Host Claudia , persona stupenda così come l'appartamento. Ma penso che le parole non bastino un posto così bisogna viverlo,e aggiungo che in zona si mangia davvero bene. Dimenticato a Quota troverete anche una bottega rifornitissima gestita da persone speciali.

Great stay with our young family, the house had everything we needed including outdoor space; the tree house was a great hit with our 4 year old. Beniamino was very responsive when we arrived a little earlier than check in time and was happy to let us in the house as it was ready. His mother also welcomed us and was very friendly. Good location not too far from the sights of Florence but very glad we had a car. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. Clara’s accomodation is perfect for visiting San Gimigano. She is a lovely and friendly host and was very helpful even though we were late arriving. Only a 5 minute walk from the old village so perfect for multiple visits. Very comfortable and can highly recommend.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Merci !! Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances entre copines à 9 ! Un peu d’humidité du fait du temps, mais l’endroit est idéal en été et réconfortant au coin du feu quand le beau temps n’est pas présent !
