2-bedroom contemporary bungalow and stunning garden are an oasis of peace & tranquility in the city. 2 blocks from Alberta Street. Wake up to morning coffee in the garden, cozy up to the gas fireplace, or work from home behind a closed door in a dedicated office space. Stroll to restaurants, shops, a farmer’s market, Alberta Park, or the Kennedy School soaking pool. Hikes, waterfalls, and wineries a short drive away. Close access to public transport and the airport is a 12-minute drive.

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Enjoy your travel in a rare iconic mid century house. An updated mid century ranch built in the 60's with open layout, minimalist style that is filled with light. Whether you have morning coffee or enjoy a book in the atrium, lunch in the backyard under the shade of giant Redwood or dinner in open living/dining room, you'll have the entire place to yourself. We're 10 mins from Nike WHQ, 5 mins to Downtown Beaverton & the Mall, & 15 mins to Downtown Portland.

Three water falls, a river and a lodge.

Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.

Concordia Annex

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies, utensils, coffee and tea options, Private patio in the garden.
