This charming, renovated home is just 200 meters from the beach and yacht club — an easy 5-minute walk with a safe crossing at the lights.SWIM,GOLF,WINE & DINE. The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. Inside, you'll find modern amenities including 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. The secure garden is a little oasis for relaxation and, by arrangement, a safe space for non-shedding dogs to enjoy the holiday too.

Classic beach house in a great spot. The beach opposite is great for kids & dogs, so bring them both. Stroll the dog beach to Queenscliff or the seaside boulevard to Point Lonsdale. Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!
