The fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to cook your favourite meal to enjoy at the dining table or in front of the tv watching Netflix (don't forget to turn the fireplace on) the bedroom offers a light flare and comfy bed to ensure a restful sleep. Take your morning coffee out to the back patio and relax with the coo's of the Morning Doves. The suite offers tucked away storage for luggage and any winter/summer sport gear.

Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

This suite is located on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to Powell Lake, to a lovely ocean beach, our local brewery and a boutique mall with cafe, bakery, grocery store and other cool shops. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

There is a large private dock where you can soak under the sun all day, enjoy swimming in the calm waters or have fun with our paddle-boards and kayaks. You also have the option to dock your boat during your stay.
