Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Porzione di casa Colonica immersa nel verde della campagna esposta al fresco delle montagne dell'Appennino Toscano.Gli uliveti, i giardini ed i vigneti le fanno da cornice. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della città e in 20/40 minuti le città più belle della Toscana.(Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, le spiagge amene della Versilia e le cime delle montagne pistoiesi).Inoltre Tenuta Verde distante 5 minuti dall'Autostrada consente di visitare altre mete storiche.

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa ampia oasi di serenità. Siamo 4,5 km da Pistoia-centro, in campagna, area verde, silenziosa, rilassante. Grandi spazi aperti intorno, panorama collinare davanti a noi, l'appartamento è ampio e spazioso, composto da 1 camera matrimoniale con letto grande, armadio, comò, comodini, finestra a 4 ante insonorizzata, zanzariera; bagno privato con doccia, vasca, bidet, lavabo, finestra con zanzariera; grande cucina completamente attrezzata. Ingresso indipendente

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Il Timo is in the countryside with spectacular views. You will like it for these reasons: the view, the location, the atmosphere, the people and the outdoor spaces. It's suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. Garden to enjoy the quiet and the view.

La limonaia: holidays in countryside

"La Limonaia" is a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the valley below, at short distance from important tourist destinations: cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa are easily reachable, but it is also possible to enjoy the countryside and pretty medieval towns nearby, ideal destinations for short or long walks. The house is an ancient lemon house completely renovated in typical Tuscan architecture, suitable for holidays for couples or for the whole family.

Casa in Pietra Le Panche, Indipendente con piscina

La casa è facilmente raggiungibile, ha splendide viste panoramiche. Magnifica posizione fra le alte colline della Val di Forfora, atmosfera autentica di una casa ristrutturata nel rispetto della tradizione, orto bio, piscina panoramica (dal 15/5 al 30/9) con spazio solarium, tutto in uso esclusivo. Bellissimo giardino con veranda in legno coperta da una vite che rende fresco pranzare all'esterno. Posti auto davanti casa.
