Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology.
