Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Our luxury & spacious caravan is available to rent located on one of the most quietest locations on Parkdean Camber Sands known as "Millionaires Row". The caravan is a 3 bedroom - one double & 2 single twin bedrooms (the smaller twin room can be made into a small double on request). Beach is only a 7 min walk & the site centre a 4 min walk. There is a separate cloakroom. Dogs that are well behaved are welcome. There is a large decking area overlooking magnificent views with wildlife galore!
