Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.
