Our initial scheduled stay was interrupted by Hurricane Helene. It was very easy to get rescheduled and Isabelle was very understanding. Once we arrived, it was easy to follow her instructions for entry and her welcome book inside was very useful. The nights had begun to get a little colder so the pool was cooler than we like. The outdoor space was clean and enjoyable to sit in the sun. We all, including the dogs, enjoyed the fenced in yard. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minute stroll and the sunsets at the beach are breathtaking. The house was very clean upon arrival and looks just like the pictures. There are 2 different coffee makers… drip and K-cup which is nice because a use I usually bring my own Kureg and pods. The bed is super soft and very comfortable for those that like soft beds. All in all, we had a great much needed relaxing time, and Isabelle and the house made it that much more relaxing. THANK YOU!

Sandy Paws is a big, uniquely lovely home in a very natural & wild but welcoming part of Florida. Andy & Travis have done an amazing job setting up the place to make guests feel comfortable & at home, including pets, which we deeply appreciate! (But if it weren't for conveniences like pet bowls & beds etc we wouldn't have known, as it was very clean.) The beds were nice & comfy while the kitchen has a great assortment of utensils, dishes & assorted things you tend to need on vacation. The decks & screened porch were big hits, plus many conveniences like bikes, outdoor shower & golf cart. It's even more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a fun game room & DS mini fridge, big Jacuzzi tub & peaceful, private location just a short walk/drive from the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, sunny, full of shells & not crowded, though we visited in the off season. TH Stone & local food+shops were excellent as well! We had a blast & can't recommend Sandy Paws & its hosts strongly enough.

Amazing property! Wonderful hosts - outstanding communication! If you're looking for a beautiful view with a gorgeous pool and relaxing setting - this is the place! Close proximity to the beach and many restaurants! The boardwalk was a pleasant stroll to the pelican bar and private beach. Looking forward to our return stay!

Beautiful and well kept property. The golf cart was very convenient. The private beach was amazing. We didn’t use the pools but they look very clean and well maintained. This property is inside a gated community and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an incredibly time.

Our condo was great. Joe was very respectful and responsive with any questions and replies. It was Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of beach access 1 and 2. It is across from the marina so we got check out all the fishing boats. We definitely would stay here again.

The place was just as described and a great place to stay. Away from all the hustle but close enough to get to both the beach and all activities quickly. Esther was always so responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Great and safe condo to stay in. Only 20 minutes from the beach and has a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive when i had a concern or a question about something. Will recommend to family and friends and can’t wait to be able to stay at there other locations or this location.
