Steps to the Beach was exactly what we needed for our trip! Holly's place is so well equipped and there was everything we needed to make for a great experience. 5 stars across the board!!

Very happy with Heidi and Chuck’s place. Felt like home, amazingly clean and welcoming place. The view is wonderful, ocean is near by. House has everything we needed, our room was delightful and perfectly clean, close distance to the restaurants and stunning sunsets Thank you Heidi and Chuck for your lovely Dana Point house! 😊

Sylvia’s Airbnb property was very comfortable and spacious. It has a great chefs kitchen for your whole family. And the view is spectacular. My family of five and myself had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds and baths. Bonus; working fire place outside and inside. The photos match the space. Thank you for having everything we needed, including high chair and toys/books for the 5 and 2 yr old. Great instructions and videos about your house! I would definitely recommend this property. This was our third stay at The Shack! If you're traveling to the peninsula, the price for this location cannot be beat — walkable to Pavilions, the beach (including the boardwalk), Lido, and so many fantastic restaurants. The condo is clean, comfortable, and offers great people watching from its second-story vantage. Will continue to recommend!

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

Our stay was great! No issues whatsoever.

Stayed at several places in Newport Beach and this one tops our list! Highly recommend. Pam was super responsive and flexible allowing us to store our luggage before/after checkout for a few hours. Her place was very clean and had everything we needed including items for the beach. We appreciated her list of restaurant recommendations. Perfect location as just a block off the beach and close to great restaurants and grocery store. We will be back! Thanks for the great stay Pam!

We had a great time! The complex is gorgeous and right on the beach. We plan on coming back!
