But thank goodness you will have all the modern amenities and creature comforts. Large patio with BBQ and porch swing, a second story deck with a territorial view and view of the Straights. Lots of cowboy and Indian artwork depicting the exciting wild west! The internet is very spotty and works best if you use your phones hotspot or personal ATT device.

It has electricity, WiFi, table & chairs, double bed, heat, ceiling fan, AC, picnic table, and a fantastic view. No running water, no kitchen, no bathroom. There is a clean portapotty near parking. Quiet hrs 9p-7a. A small porch is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful river valley and some peace and quiet! One leashed dog allowed, no cats.
