Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Enrica, despite being a very busy teacher, was always immediately available and responsive to us. When the tea kettle sprung a leak a new one showed up a day or two later. When my husband fell seriously ill and was hospitalized she was there to support me. This airbnb host was more than just a host; she became a very special friend!

The vintage studio was perfect for me for two weeks. It’s in a great location with all the major sites walkable in 10-20 minutes including the station. There are great restaurants and bars nearby but the triple glazing means it is really quiet inside. Salvatore is so kind and helpful even bringing me a brand new kettle for my English tea ! And a toaster which is handy. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to stay here when I am back in wonderful Florence.

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Porto Azzurro und in Francesco' s Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es auch ab und zu geregnet hat waren wir sehr dankbar um die grosszügige Wohnung. Es war toll, mitten in einem Quartier umgeben von Einheimischen zu leben. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, konnten wir alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuss erreichen. Francesco erlebten wir als sehr zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf unsere Fragen antwortete.

Elias is the best host we have encountered in all our travels. He will meet you on arrival, help unload the car and give you all the local recommendations. It was very helpful! His place is amazing, even better than the pictures. Very clean, spacious and great furniture. It is a short walk up the hill to old town which we visited most days to experience the great restaurants, views and wine! I couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Elias!

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet. Kjempefin veranda. To store gode soverom, og ett mindre med køyesenger. Fin beliggenhet med 10 minutters gange til strandpromenaden og stranden, noe lengre til jernbanestasjonen. Koselig og rolig nabolag.

⸻ Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è davvero super in ordine, curata nei minimi dettagli, piccolina ma con tutto quello che serve: comoda, accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un kit per la colazione che è stata una sorpresa graditissima! Gli host sono stati eccezionali: super attenti, disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno guidato passo passo su come accedere alla casa. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al padre, una persona davvero squisita e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Esperienza più che positiva, consigliatissima! Torneremmo sicuramente.

Apartament położony bardzo blisko lotniska około 10 minut na nogach. Mimo takiego położenia jest cicho i spokojnie. Do dworca kolejowego też około 10 minut. Bardzo blisko sklep i kawiarnia. Mieszkanie położone jest z tyłu domu, nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z ulicy. Przy domu jest przystanek autobusowy. Mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Przysłał nam filmik jak możemy dostać się do mieszkania. W dniu wylotu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić rzeczy. Polecamy ten apartament w Pizie. Monika i Janusz

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié la présence du lit bébé et de la chaise haute. Leonardo et Mattia ont été très réactifs et arrangeants. Très bonne literie ! L’appartement est situé à proximité des bus et trams mais un peu loin du centre si l’on souhaite tout faire à pied.
