This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. Kitchen Table w/4 chairs, full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Equipped w/everything you need. Pots pans dishes etc. Outside has a covered porch that steps out to with your own private dock for fishing or relaxing. Outdoor grill. Also provided, 2 paddleboards, bodyboards, beach chairs, rusty bikes & beach cart. No smoking.

There is something for everyone to do here.. I’m positive you will love it!

Come and "Forget About It" in a 1000 sqft 2 bedroom guest suite on the first floor. Quietly and conveniently located on a cul-de-sac. Only a short walk (approximately 300 steps) to the beach! Listen to the ocean waves as you relax out back by the pool. Enjoy the quiet north end of Sandbridge Beach where there is no public parking. Virginia Beach Oceanfront is only 7 miles away. Owners live upstairs and are here to help and assist as needed.
