Second time staying at one of Daniels properties & yet again I'm impressed. Clean, walking distance to Aldi & Morrisons, fast response & everything you need to cook your home cooked meals. The vacuum was missing and Daniel kindly came and brought one. Within 5mins I managed to trip the fuse board, Daniel returned to rectify it with no hesitation. Daniel & Jazz are amazing with communicating & making you feel at home. I ended up staying for 4 nights when I originally planned to stay for 2. I will certainly be staying in one of Daniels properties again.

Beautiful inside - spotlessly clean A little confusion over where to find the key as it was late / getting dark when I arrived but Peace answered my call and was extremely helpful Close to the ICC for our midwifery conference Exactly what we asked for Thank you Peace x

Great stay and good location, near to the city centre by car. Good price and communication

Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Great location and secure parking, nice place

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The flat is centrally located with a great view and a very peaceful ambience. All the amenities were available. It is a great place to go visit all nearby places and have a good rest after an eventful day.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything I needed. Stafford was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

What you see is what you exactly get.very beautiful place squeaky clean and the host is amazing.i would definitely recommend

Kit's place was well located, well furnished and clean. What really stood out was the level of care and attention that Kit had gone to to make us (or any guest) feel truly welcomed and catered for. Thanks Kit - you really added to the experience of our visit.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

This property is amazing. Is just like the pictures and even better in person. Would DEFINITELY GO BACK plus recommend. AMAZING!!!

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. I cannot recommend enough and Pam and Paul are the perfect hosts. Thank you both x ❤️

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

A great base from which to explore the local area or visit friends and family.

This is our third stay and we just love it here. Will be back again as soon as we can Thank you very much again x
