Or if you're interested in exploring other towns around the lake, you can easily take a boat because we have a public dock right in front of our property! From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
