De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

La nostra esperienza in questa casa a Pietrasanta è stata davvero piacevole anche se per una sola notte! La proprietaria è estremamente accogliente e disponibile. La casa è perfetta per chi vuole visitare il Carnevale di Viareggio e i dintorni di Pietrasanta, essendo in una posizione comoda e ben collegata (stazione del treno a 3 minuti di auto e con un ampio parcheggio gratuito) . Inoltre, l’alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un arredamento eclettico che mescola stili diversi in modo armonioso. Ogni ambiente è ben tenuto e rende la casa davvero affascinante. A disposizione macchina da caffè, con qualche capsula di cortesia + vari the e tisane! Consigliatissima!"

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

The appartment is new, very well equiped and it really looks like in the photos. Communication with Alessio was always on time and very usefull. Highly recommnend to stay in Lucca.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!

Sono stato con 3 amici a fare trekking sulle Apuane e la casa di Carla è stata un ottimo appoggio. Vicinissima a molti percorsi, silenziosa e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Carla ci ha permesso anche di avere un check out più tardi per via di una necessità last minute, gentilissima anche nel momento di check in. Consiglio!!

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Caterina sehr genossen. sehr saubere große Wohnung, in der wie uns wie Zuhause fühlten. die Gegend ist ruhig und alles nötige zu die erreichbar. wir würden gerne wieder kommen. vielen lieben Dank!

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, parfaite pour notre petite famille (maison bien équipée) endroit paisible avec beaucoup de charme

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con un gruppo di amici e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Montecatini, il che ha reso comode le nostre esplorazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente proprio come descritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Oksana è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. L’atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della Toscana, raggiungibili facilmente in treno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche ai servizi moderni e alle dettagliate istruzioni fornite per il check-in. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente piacevole e in una posizione comoda. Sicuramente torneremo!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
