Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The house's original style was maintained and enhanced with contemporary decorative ideas, resulting in a simple and comfortable yet luxurious outcome.

This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s.
