It has two bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining and living with air-conditioning and a large private courtyard. The house has NBN wi-fi access and a smart TV with Netflix.

Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.
