Beautiful house, with everything you could possibly need while you are there. There were a bunch of games to play whether that be outside or inside. Everything was taken care of beautifully and would definitely come back!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location. Peace and quiet for the older adults, day trips for the younger. Near to retail areas. The older guys loved the bird, squirrel and deer watching from both decks. Kitchen FULLY equipped, just bring your own food to cook at home. Hotel quality bedlinens (swoon), and beautifully decorated. Nice to catch premier league soccer on big screen on comfy couches. Came home relaxed and happy. Thanks Debbie!

We had a wonderful stay at the river house! Very clean and comfortable with views of the river from almost every window. Thanks for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples and one child. The amenities listed matched the description and everything was very comfortable. The location and nearness to the Pearl and river walk couldn’t be beat. There are many options for food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. There is a personal code to gain access to the driveway and to the house. Having a dedicated parking space is very helpful for the busy area. The home had a variety of kids books, some toys, dishes, and family games for those traveling with kids. We did need bug spray for mosquitoes outside, but this is pretty typical in the area. We would definitely stay again when we have extra family visiting.

Headed to Ft Sam? stay here!!! Absolutely phenomenal location for our transient military family attending an event on post for an evening getaway. Far enough from the Interstate noise and walking distance to the main gate. The house is aged but eclectic and optimized for a small family, definitely would return to stay here again. The host Rosie was willing to accommodate some extra flowers and donated some free bottles of wine for my Wife/mother on Mother’s Day as well, this really stood out!

The wildlife (mainly deer, but also a fox) were everywhere and very inquisitive! The yard is beautiful and well lit for hanging in the hot tub. We had everything we needed and more! Would stay again.

The home exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and the beds were very confortable. Our family loved it. I would not hesitate booking it again in the future.

This place was perfect for our stay in Bulverde. The bed is SUPER comfy and the entire place is very clean. The view from the balcony is so pretty too. Karen provided everything we could have needed for our stay. We even arrived to find home-made chocolate chip cookies an a little hand-written letter of welcome on the kitchen table when we first walked in! We also liked that there was a desk and office chair so my husband could work remotely during our stay. Karen was very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. We even got a chance to chat an visit a bit with both Karen and her husband, Robert. They're both lovely people. We would definately stay here again next time we're in the area. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Location Location Location. Parked our car at Katherine's place on Thursday and barely drove it until we left on Sunday. Walking distance to Pearl and Fiesta parades. River Walk too if fit and up to the challenge. Katherine was uber prompt in her responses to our inquiries. Lots of space and great value!

I came to San Antonio for work. Luis's place was in a good location, within walking distance to several food places, & shopping centers. There was even a laundromat super close by that was really clean and well maintained. Overall, happy with my stay.

Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

We felt right at home at Juan's place. We had all the amenities that one would need. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access downtown from the apartment. I would highly recommend stay parked and use the rental scooters around town, you can easily ride them home and they are usually there when you wake up in the morning. Overall it was a fabulous trip and we enjoyed having a cozy place to rest each night.

The property is exactly as described. It’s nicely decorated, spacious, great location and most importantly cozy. The host was awesome and very responsive. I highly recommend this unit and will be keep this unit on my radar for future visits.

The perfect place to stay to check out San Antonio! Well situated in the city made getting downtown and to the highly attractive areas of the city really convenient. The neighborhood feels safe, and the amenities of the house are perfect for your stay. Don't second guess yourself, this is the place you're looking for

Great communications from host. Proactive in addressing issues before you even knew there was an issue. Off street parking with closed gate was a huge win!!! High end finishes throughout. Outdoor grill and refrigerator. About 35min walk to Alamodome was not an issue since that is how much time we would have been in traffic if we would have tried to drive.

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

First of all, the pictures didn’t do justice, it was amazing and way beautiful in person. The perfect getaway. It was peaceful and the pool was clean and as described! It felt like it was a resort. They have all amenities that you would need for the stay. It was peaceful and private. The Sonos sounds was incredible, never had something like that before. Honestly, FIVE stars is not enough! I would give them more if I could! My pups will miss the roaming around in the grass and they felt like home! We were TRULY impressed! Beautiful home!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Our stay was just what we needed. The communication aside from the house was the highlight of our trip. Every “issue” was responded to in a timely and effective manor.

This house is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We felt comfortable immediately and Kimberley was a fantastic host. If we decide to go back to the area we will definitely try to stay there again.
