Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. The Harbinson Homestead

This cozy log-cabin was built by hand in 1929 and remains a living work of art. Located in the rolling hills of Homer, just 20 min. from Downtown, this stunning old homestead offers an authentic Alaskan experience with mountain views! Accommodations: 3 beds (1 Queen, 2 Twins), a full kitchen w/running water, modern Toyo heater and wood stove, a tidy outhouse, and a genuine Nordic Spa (sauna/coldplunge). Yurt also available for rent on-site, check out Harbinson Yurt to accomodate larger groups!

You can spend your days kayaking along the rich waters of Kachemak Bay or fishing for the legendary Alaskan king salmon right off your deck. Afterwards, fire up the gas grill, dine al fresco on the outdoor dining table, and enjoy stunning views of the Seldovia Boardwalk!

Quaint dry cabin a stone's throw from Fritz Creek General Store. Comfy queen bed in the loft and futon on the first floor. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.

Treat yourselves to a rustic country home with a spectacular alpine view. Decorated with a unique country style, this 3BR, 1.5 bathroom, can comfortably house a party of 10. Full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Coffee and tea provided. Lots of beds so fishing buddies don't have to snuggle! All beds are upstairs. The stairs are a bit steeper than normal, so please look at the pictures before booking to ensure they are appropriate for your group. Only a 10 minute drive from downtown Homer.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

There is extra sleeping area available in the living room, extending the sofa. All extras provided for a fee of $40.00 per extra guests. Note the added sleeping area is in the living room You will make the bed up yourself.
